1-We want satisfied Clients. To that end, we strive to ensure that the Quality of our products and services are of the very highest standard.
2-It is the Client that sets the bar for us as far as Quality is concerned. Our clients’ appraisal of our products and services is decisive in shaping our actions.
3-Our Clients are the ultimate judges of the Quality of both our products and services. Deliveries must be on time.
4-All queries, offers, samples, etc., must be processed in an agile and scrupulous way. It is essential to meet the deadlines agreed on.
5-Each and every on of the company’s employees contributes his or her efforts and abilities to help us to achieve our Quality targets. Thus, it is the mission of every member of the team, from apprentices right up to Upper Management, to do an impeccable job.
6-Every job must be tackled correctly right from the beginning. In doing so, we not only safeguard Quality, we also reduce costs, to the benefit of both the Client and the Company. Good Quality means good profits.
7-The Quality of our products also depends on the Raw Materials purchased from Third Parties. Consequently, we demand the highest standards of Quality from our suppliers and give them our full backing in achieving these high standards.
8-Meeting our Quality targets is an important management task. When evaluating the performance of different parts of the Company, we place a special value on the Quality of Work.
9-We have to eliminate both defects in themselves and the causes of these defects. Preventing Defects is more important than remedying them.
10-Our Quality Directives apply to all facets of the Company. We must also keep the Client’s requirements in mind at all times.
